I would put my money into UOB.
Let do some mathematical sum. Assuming that I have $100, and no more money is to put in after that $100 and that I will calculate only half a year.
If I put my money into OCBC, I would have gained $4.10 from the interest, which adds up to $104.10.
If I put my money into UOB, I would have gained $58.6877822144 from the interest rate that is given by the bank, and when added, it will give me grand total of $158.6877822144.
If I put my money into HSBC, I would have gained $8.20 from the interest rate that is given by the bank, and when added, it will give me a grand total of $108.20.
If I put my money into DBS, I would have gained $16.8561 from the interest rate that is given by the bank, and when added, it will give me a grand total of $116.8561.
When I compared the amount of money that I from the interest that is given by the bank, UOB will give me the most amount of money. It will give me around $60 of interest in half a year while the rest gives me an average of $10. Therefore if I want to make full use of my investment in relying on bank’s interest rate to make more money, I would choose UOB since it gives me the highest money earned compared to the rest.

Fasci!! I am not quite sure if my interpretation is right, but I am going to try. =)
My future personal financial goals will be that I will be able to get married at the age of 27. Furthering my study at the age of 21. I am intending to work for 2year after graduation of poly. This is to gain some experience first before going back to study. This will suit me better as I will be more sure of what is ahead of me before I take another step in studying uni. The money that I earn during that 2 years, it will be saved up as much as possible.
During my further study, I do not have to rely on my parents to get pocket money. I could use my saving to pay for my pocket money. I will be using my parent's CPF to pay for my Uni. After that I will pay them back in full if they want me to. Cause by the time I graduate from University, my parents will be over 50 years old.
I am not quite sure what you mean by enhance your net worth. So I won't be writing about it. =0

I think today I should be getting a C or a D.
I have not been really following on msn conversation as more people are joined in. I do not have the habit to use msn or the forum so it is interesting for me as it is like a new way of communication. But to come to think about a world without people communicating, I mean hearing people speaking in real person, it is seriously an annoying thing to do. I am a quiet person so sometimes things that I say may not make any sense. When using msn, things that I want to say will not make any sense at all. High chance is that I will beat around the bush to get to the point. Therefore it is important for me to see people’s expression and their mouthing of the word.
I am much more of a visualize person. So today lesson is kind of boring to me. I think overall I managed to understand when using negotiation, there are different ways to reach a win- win solution. So, I myself isn’t a good negotiator so I won’t negotiate my marks here. I would say that I am expecting a C or a D. =)

Ans:
There is a relationship between sources of power, the type of leadership and type of followers.
For an example in Adolf Hitler case. Adolf Hitler uses coercion as his power. This means that he can change a person behaviour even when they do not wish so. Adolf Hitler uses this to get his men to listen to him and to join the army. Adolf Hilter uses the fact that he will kill the man's family if he doesn't join the army or if he doesn't hand in the Jews. This resulted that the man will want to see that his family is spared, he will join the army or hand in the jews.
Adolf Hitler's leadership uses Transformational Leadership. He keeps showing the Germans the vision that he have and that he keep telling the Germans that the Jews are the people to blame. Therefore causes the people to have the misconception that Jews are the one to blame for all the mishaps and all the troubles that they faces. Therefore when some of the Germans do not wish to follow his leadership, this will result that Hilter will use his source of power to silence them and get the people to fear him and to follow him more willingly.
Hilter's way of doing things will result that he will have many die hard fans. These people are willing to discriminate the Jews, and die without asking why. This is because, Hilter had given them enough fear and that these people learn that they need to follow order without questioning. So with such die hard fans, they are actually taught that they are dying for the country's sake, which in actual fact is a way to die for Hilter's ambition. Therefore the sources of power, the types of leadership and the type of followers and interlinked. If they are not interlinked, there will not be a good leader.
Qns: As a student, what would motivate you to perform well in your studies, especially in my class? (Do apply at least one theory that you've learnt today!)
Ans:
I think… *sigh*… My emotion had been on the roller coaster ride for a week or so. Therefore I am so ashamed that I was so distracted in your class today. If there is something to motivate me will be, leaving me alone, when I need so peace and don’t bother me that much. I will definitely be motivated to be focus on my study.
I think will be the five needs. I am not sure how it will apply in here yet… but I think it will refers to the physical support that one needs to received. I felt that I am so weary from studying 8.30am – 3.40pm/5pm till the end of the IG meeting… I am weary… At first I wanted to be so weary so that I can forget something… but it seems to be so tough. Just trying my best. =)
Qns: Did you think you made decisions better as an individual or within a group? Do a cost-benefit analysis of your choice of RP and diploma versus your next choice.
Ans:
There are pros and cons for making decision as an individual and as a group.
I personally felt that making decision as an individual is better. I am much more of an individual person and that I enjoy making decision fast and quick is one reason that I choose individual since group decision usually takes a longer time to decide and when there’s any disagreement, anything could happen such as revolts.
I personally do not think when choosing RP and the diploma require cost-benefit analysis. I only choose RP and my diploma because of the reputation of being sports active and that it gives more me a spoil of choices of sports and lastly it satisfy my passion for sports.
Qns:Using the Belbin’s model to describe your team, what are the steps you can put into place to ensure that the team moves from whichever stage you are at now, to stage 4?
Ans:
Using Belbin's model, Arvind - coordinator Helmi - Resource Investigator Fandra - The Specialist Pei Yi - Energy Plant and Me - coordinator /completer This is because most of the time, there are some shocking news or activities from Helmi therefore I labelled him Resource Investigator, For Fandra will be specialist this is because she often will do things on her own and not contributing much during the team discussion, for Arvind will be coordinator as he sometimes acts like a leader at some point of time and for me, I give myself the role of coordinator, as I also will give instruction to how one should be done and I give myself a completer is because even if I cannot finish the task on time some times, I would just PUSH so as that I will be able to finish in the end.
The team is in between stage 1 and stage 2. Reason?
1. Some of the team members are still very friendly to one another and not willing to point out anything that might contradicts each other.
2. Some of the team members are ready to PUSH all the way and only know the parts of their own. Not willing to share what they have learn to other, which resulted that other members could not learn much.
3. Some of the team members actually is willing to understand what is going on and what the other team members is going to present during the presentation. But because of a few people who are not willing to share, which causes the whole team to be unable to proceed to another level. Therefore, in order for the whole team to proceed all the way to stage 4, I need to be willing to talk aloud of my thoughts so as to get the other team members to share with the rest of the team mates.
Even though all of us might not get what and why I am doing that way, I think that is one way to get them to be have mutual understanding and knowledge of what other people are going to say or present. Maybe like what we discuss during the lesson, everyone might be switching their roles all the time therefore with a change of roles, there will be other problems that will arise. =)

*sigh* I am not good with this topic. It is only slightly better than last week’s lesson.
To choose a classmate to compare the perception of him/her that will be Pei Yi. The first day when I saw her in the class, I thought she was someone that link to a monkey. She was very active and chatty. Since I was slightly much more quiet unless I know that person or else I will be quiet. I think I was stereotyping. This is because, girls in my school, who are dressed exposing or little cloths are always mischievous and chatty and extremely rude. But in actual fact, after knowing her as my group mate, I find that she is more than a chatty person. She is not rude to anyone and give us the respect that we deserved. Therefore I can conclude that I was stereotyping.
Today I am unable to write any good RJ as I am not in the right mental state or mood to do RJ. Feeling very down for the past one week. I am so afraid if one day my mask comes off... I am not sure if my classmates can take-it. =) Just tell the class that I will be fine if I break down and cry. =) I should be fine.
Qns: What do you hope to achieve in life? What do you plan to do after you graduate from polytechnic (if it is NS, then what do you intend to do after NS)? How do you plan to go about achieving your aim(s)?

Achievements in Life: 1.To be a certified outdoor instructor, and work as an instructor for 2 to 3 years. 2.To pursue a master degree in psychology. 3.To get into a prestige university abroad. 4.Finally, to join the teaching force and a counsellor in my own secondary school.
These are my hopes. But first and foremost, let’s first discuss about what do I plan to do after I graduate from polytechnic. I plan to work two to three years as an instructor before heading to a university to study on psychology – this still depend greatly on Singapore’s economic. If after I graduate, the economic is still bad, I will rather go abroad to pursue my degree and master degree before working.
I felt that after learning my own personality, I felt that I am in the right course. I am studying diploma in outdoor adventure learning, which means that I need to be outgoing and to be committed in the task that is given at hand and not to think too far. According to the personality test, I am not as outgoing as I thought, but I could be one if needed, and according to the test, I am very committed in completing the task that’s on hand. Even though it is not shown in my daily work, maybe is due to the fact I have not persuade myself to like the subject. For example, in today’s lesson about enterprise, I really do not have any interest, but since it is in my module, I just put in my very best to understand.
I am seriously still lost about personality about who can work with whom, this still confuses me. I will be reading through the worksheet again and refer to more information to understand more. To become a certified outdoor instructor is definitely is possible, but about getting into a prestige university or just getting into an university, it may not be that easy. Especially since I want to go into psychology (which seem to everyone a fruitless effort). It is hard to get into University without studying psychology in polytechnic but I believe it will help me in my workplace. With the knowledge that I have gained in today’s lesson, I will be able to understand why certain people do things in a certain manner and how do I communicate with such person. Therefore helping me to understand on how I should work with my future team mates and the current team mates, to finish the task that’s on hand.
About the fact that I wish to join teaching force, is still true. I hope that with all the learning experiences example; Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and different working experience, I will be able to work in my secondary school to improve the student’s result toward certain subject such as physical education, science and art. I hope that I will be able to apply what is taught in RP to my own secondary school. When time is right, I hope I can become a counsellor like how my counsellor had counselled me. Which I believe without her guidance and her persistent that I will get into polytechnic, I will not be in RP. Therefore, in order to not let my teacher down, using the personality that I have taken this morning, I shall persevere on to get what I want.
